Orders Above $200: All orders above $200 will require a mandatory signature confirmation.

Canada

Rates are based on weight and begin at $15.00 USD. Any duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping Policies

  • We ship all items with tracking numbers for your safety and security.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracked shipment states it was delivered.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses (please see below in "returns"). 
  • We do not offer pick-up.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you choose the wrong shipping option at check-out, we will send you an email and give you 24 hours to rectify the order. If we do not hear back from you in 24 hours, we will refund your order and you will need to create a new order.
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photographs, write "refused because of damaged package", return the damaged package to the original shipper (USPS or UPS), and notify us immediately so we can take proper action on your behalf.

Returns and Exchanges

30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to creating happy customers, and fully believe that you will be 100% satisfied.  

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know, and we'll help right away! Contact us first, then we will ask you to mail back any unused portion of your product. In the event of a return or exchange, upon receipt of your item, we will issue a refund or send the new item.

We are a small business and do ask your courtesy to please read all descriptions before making a purchase. 

Exceptions: There are no exchanges or returns on any customized order. There are no returns or exchanges from April - September on meltable products. Buyer assumes this responsibility when making the purchase. (Please see individual product descriptions for this warning.)

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, usually 5-10, depending on your card issuer's policies. There are no cash returns. If your original payment was in cash, your return payment will be sent via PayPal ONLY.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges
To return your product, you must contact us first to receive authorization to begin an exchange or return. Returns and exchanges may be mailed to Bath, Body, Candle Moments, PO Box 60645, Staten Island, NY 10306.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a package valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Un-Shippable Addresses
If a package is returned to Bath, Body, Candle Moments because of an un-shippable address, your credit card will be refunded less the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please be sure the shipping address given by the customer at the time of purchase is one able to accept packages by the United States Postal Service. Candle Moments does not guarantee shipping to incorrectly listed addresses.

Discount Codes & Coupons

  • Only one discount or coupon code may be used per order, per account; there is no combining of codes.
  • Only eligible on select items for the designated time periods.
  • Discount codes and coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or merchandise.
  • Rewards codes are considered coupons and follow the same rules and designations.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to purchases that have already been made. 
  • Discount codes and coupons can only be used on select items.
  • Discount codes may make your purchase fall below the $49 free shipping minimum (in the USA). Your purchase (pre-tax) must meet the $49 minimum for free shipping, even with a coupon code.

 

Samples

We are proud to offer samples to customers who make a purchase on our website. Samples are only included in shipments when available and are never guaranteed. Samples are completely randomized. As a small, independent business, we cannot honor requests for samples without a purchase.
